General Terms and Conditions
Studio Shelter is a collective initiated by Laserforum VOF, with its registered office in Venlo, Burgemeester Houbenstraat 56. 5913VZ, the Netherlands. (Chamber of Commerce number: 55797040, VAT number: NL851863796B01). The general terms and conditions apply to all agreements made by the organization with visitors to the activities realized by Studio Shelter to be referred to as 'livestreams', 'co-hosting’s with locations' and other events to be organized by the organization, hereinafter referred to as 'the event’ be closed.
Article 1 Applicability
1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to every agreement between the visitor of the event, hereinafter referred to as 'the visitor', and the organization, regardless of how that agreement is concluded, including the associated entrance tickets and purchase of drinks and foods. By entering into the agreement with the organization, including the purchase of an entrance ticket and / or entering the location of the event, by calling it 'the event location', the visitor agrees to the applicability and content of Studio Shelter's general terms and conditions.
1.2 The organization and / or the administrators of the event location can at all times apply house rules that apply in addition to these general terms and conditions during the event and can be found on the Studio Shelter website via: www.studioshelter.nl/house_rules and inspection at the entrance of the Event. By concluding the agreement with the organization and / or entering the event location, the visitor declares in advance to agree with these house rules and the visitor undertakes to fully comply with these house rules.
1.3 Obvious errors or mistakes in the offers of the organization release it from the obligation to perform and / or any obligations to pay compensation ensuing therefrom, even after the conclusion of the agreement.
1.4 If a visitor also orders an admission ticket or admission tickets for third parties, he declares that he is authorized to accept these general terms and conditions on behalf of those third parties and to point out to those third parties that the stated general terms and conditions are applicable.
1.5 These conditions apply to the legal relationship between the organizer and the visitor. Unless otherwise specified, third parties cannot derive any rights from these conditions. In matters not covered by these conditions, the organizer decides.
Article 2 Tickets
2.1 The agreement between the organization and visitor for the purchase of tickets is concluded after an order for one or more tickets has been placed at a (advance) sales address (engaged by) the organization. Tickets are available via www.studioshelter.nl/tickets and are only offered through ticket platform and provider Eventix. Purchase only at a recognized presale address guarantees the validity of the ticket. The burden of proof in this respect rests entirely on the visitor. The organization is entitled to refuse the visitor access to the event and / or the event location if there is reasonable doubt about the validity of the ticket, without any obligation to refund the visitor's entrance fee.
2.2 An order placed is irrevocable and the visitor can no longer change the agreement after that moment. The organization reserves the right at all times to refuse orders or to set additional conditions.
2.3 Information, such as announcements and quotations, regarding the event and / or tickets will be displayed or provided as accurately as possible, but never binds the organization. Due to additional costs of, for example, service costs, prices for tickets may be higher than the prices printed on the tickets by the organization. The organization accepts no liability for any inaccuracies or omissions in the information provided above.
2.4 Visitors are not permitted to sell or re-sell the tickets to third parties, to offer them for sale or to offer them for commercial purposes. Commercial purposes mean any sale where the seller receives a higher amount for the admission ticket than the lower of the following two amounts: (1) the price that the organization has set for those tickets, or (2) the amount that the visitor receives for the ticket. Admission ticket has been paid. If action is taken in violation of the foregoing, the organization is authorized to declare an admission ticket invalid without the organization being obliged to refund any amount paid.
2.5 The tickets are and remain the property of the organization. From the moment that the ticket is made available to the visitor, the visitor rests the risk of loss, theft, damage or misuse thereof. The organization does not accept any liability for loss or damage to tickets due to any cause. In the event that the organization is requested by the visitor for replacement tickets, the organization is entitled to refuse this or to charge additional costs for this.
Article 3 Access
3.1 When entering the event location, as well as during the event, the visitor must have a valid ticket and a valid and undamaged identification document (valid ID, passport or driver's license). Tickets will be scanned at entrance using a QR code, wristbands will not be given due precautionary measures from Corona. Tickets must be taken with you at all times and kept during the event. The ticket must be shown at the first request of employees or auxiliary persons of the organization and / or the event location, security, police and / or other competent authority.
3.2 There is no minimum age for the event. However, adult supervision (18+( is mandatory for children under the age of 18.
3.3 The event is accessible for disabled people. There are also toilets for the disabled. Wheelchairs and crutches are allowed.
3.4 A ticket is issued to the visitor once and only provides the holder of the ticket (one-time) access to the event and the event location.
3.5 The tickets are sent to the visitor before the start of the event, provided the purchase price for the tickets has been paid. After receipt of the ordered tickets, they must be checked for correctness by the visitor. If the purchased tickets are not received on time by the visitor in question, or if defects or errors are found in the tickets, the visitor must contact the ticket platform and provider via www.eventix.nl/faq.
3.6 The tickets are and remain the property of the organization. From the moment that the ticket is made available to the visitor, the visitor rests the risk of loss, theft, damage or misuse thereof. 3.7 Only the holder of the admission ticket in whose name the admission ticket is issued and who is the first to show the admission ticket at the event will be granted access to the event. The organization is not obliged (but is authorized) with regard to admission tickets to carry out further checks to see whether the holder thereof is also the rightful owner.
3.8 Seats will be allocated through the organization and the staff will accompany you to the designated seat. This will be completely random, but you will be sitting next to the person with whom you bought a ticket together.
3.9 It is not allowed to bring the following items:
- Food, sweets, alcohol, and soft drinks (with the exception of chewing gum for personal use)
- glassware, sharp objects, (firearms) weapons, laser pens
- narcotics and substances that have an influence on the state of mind (drugs: such as nitrous oxide);•
- liquids such as (aerosol cans with) deodorant, lighter gas and perfume•
- clothing with discriminatory (such as nationalistic and / or racist), insulting and / or threatening signs or statements and also clothing with signs or club statements (such as football shirts)•
- professional photo, film and other recording equipment and selfie sticks

A visitor who has one or more of the above unauthorized items with him
during the access control will be refused entry to the event, without any right to a refund. If a visitor has already entered the site and one or more unauthorized items are found with a visitor, the organization can remove that Visitor from the site (without any right to a refund) and also deny access to future events. The organization can also take possession of prohibited items by law or statutory regulation, with the aim of handing them over to the police.
Article 4 Liability
4.1 Visitors enter the event location and attend the event at their own risk. The organization is not liable for loss, theft and / or damage to visitors' belongings.
4.2 The organization is not responsible or liable for any damage as a result of the cancellation, changes or deviations in (the content of) the program of the event, nor for any other damage, for whatever reason, which is direct or indirect the consequence. is of acts or omissions of the organization and / or the event location, of persons in (one of) their service, or of other persons or auxiliary persons who are employed by or on behalf of (one of) them, or of third parties, during the event or in connection with the stay at the event location, unless the damage is the direct result of intent or gross negligence on the part of the organization.
4.3 If and insofar as, despite the foregoing, the organization should nevertheless be liable to the visitor on any ground for any damage suffered by the visitor, this liability is at all times limited to direct - and therefore no indirect or immaterial - damage and to the amount that will be paid out under the liability insurance of the event location, and only if it is legally obliged to do so, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of the organization. In such a case, the organization is only liable if the visitor immediately informs the organization in writing of the alleged damage. In this case, the liability of the organization is limited to the amount that can reasonably be insured from the liability insurance.
4.4 The visitor is aware that there may be loud music during the event. The organization urgently advises visitors to wear adequate hearing protection. The organization accepts no liability for any hearing damage to the visitor.
Article 5 Cancellation or Relocation of Event
5.1 The organization can postpone the event to another date or location or even cancel it in case of force majeure. 'Force majeure' in that context should be interpreted broadly and includes, but is not limited to, illness and / or cancellation of the artist (s), strikes, fire, molestation, (threat of) terrorism, civil war, bad weather conditions, epidemics. , imperative directions or decisions by (local) governments, etc.
5.2 In case of cancellation of the event, the organization will only refund the entrance fee as stated on the ticket to the visitors. Refunds will only be made at the request of the visitor, in the manner indicated by the organization and only if the visitor has paid the entrance fee. Service costs or other (consequential) damage, direct or indirect, will not be reimbursed by the organization. The visitor cannot claim (replacement) access to another event.
5.3 Insofar as the visitor wishes to claim a refund of the entrance fee, he must notify the organization in writing within three (3) months after the cancellation has become known. In order to claim a refund, the visitor must also be able to present a valid and undamaged admission ticket for the (cancelled) event to the organization. If the visitor does not comply with the above on time or in full, the organization is not obliged to provide a refund.
Article 6 House Rules
6.1 Visitors must observe the house rules and the regulations and instructions of the organization and competent authorities. The house rules are listed on www.studioshelter.nl/house_rules

8.1 The organization will strive to do justice to the audiovisual performance performed. However, the organization is not liable for deviations therein and damage that may arise for the visitor and / or third parties as a result.
8.2 Without explicit prior written permission from the organization it is prohibited to advertise in the broadest sense of the word before, during or after an event, as well as on or in the vicinity of the event location. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, advertising other events or matters, including advertising for non-commercial purposes and / or conducting surveys, questionnaires and / or petitions. Any form of advertising (such as by distributing flyers or stickers, hanging up posters or addressing visitors) is expressly prohibited. An immediately payable fine of at least € 500.00 will be imposed on the visitor who acts in violation of these provisions.
Article 9 Final Provisions
9.1 These general terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law. The Dutch text of these General Terms and Conditions prevails over any other translation thereof.
9.2 When a dispute arises as a result of (use or application of) these general terms and conditions, the agreement and / or related agreements, the visitor and the organization will first try to resolve this dispute in mutual consultation. If this is not successful, the visitor and the organization can appoint an independent and expert mediator, provided that the visitor and the organization both agree with the choice of the mediator. The decision of the mediator will be binding. If the visitor and the organization cannot reach agreement on the choice of a mediator, the dispute can be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
